Hotspots is Litestep module that defines invisible rectangular areas on the screen called “hotspots“. You will get ability to trigger events
(execute programs or

bangs) on mouse over, or on mouse click. You can attach different cursor shape to each hotspot, assign tooltips, transparently snap
hotspot to any window, hotspots can overlap, etc.
